Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a muffin tin at 400°F until lightly browned.

Note: I usually do it with melted butter. Should try softened to see the difference. Baking temp may be higher.
